The Classes

Our classes at the House are team-oriented, competitive, supportive and fun (the most important part, we know). Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just want to train like one, our mission is to bring sports conditioning workouts to the mainstream and help individuals boost their mental and physical health and become better overall athletes (and people). We always have at least 2 of our excellent coaches in a class and the class size is capped to ensure safe training practice, and to allow our coaches put their utmost attention on every individuals in the room. (yes, they will know if you’re not giving it your very best)

THE 2 CLASS CATEGORIES

The
101

The
O.G

The 101 is our introductory class. During this class, you will be introduced to our workout and the fundamental movement that we do at the House. Our seasoned coaches will give you focused instruction and demonstration on proper technique and strong form that you can carry to our sessions. This class is not limited to nor mandatory for first-time athletes. Though the pace of this class would naturally be slower, by no means will it be a walk in the park (even for workout regulars!).

Here it is… The Original workout of the House. It will be full throttle from the get go (100% effort required, do everything to the best of your ability). Every session will have you consistently moving your entire body in all directions. Do not be late for the warm up as it’s designed to prep you both mentally and physically for the rest of the session. Tuck your knees up on those jumps, drop your chests to the ground on them burpees, sprint (do NOT run) during speed work and you’re all good!

CLASS STRUCTURE

- The warm up - 10 minute dynamic, nonstop, and progressively challenging movements to prepare you for training.
- Consistent transitions from explosive to non-explosive exercises combined with resistance and velocity training techniques.
- Active recovery periods to maintain elevated heart rate for maximum caloric burn and fat loss.
- 5-10 minute stretch/cool down.
- Leave energized. Leave inspired. Leave accomplished. Leave satisfied.

DAY TO DAY BREAKDOWN

Each day we focus on a different muscle group. The programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups
to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout, and proper time for recovery.

Down to Earth

Awaken the Force

In any pursuit, you must start from the ground up. The beginning of the training week at Hustle House focuses on the muscles of your lower half which keep you powerful and Rooted through the Earth. Honor your legs with a complete routine dedicated specifically to your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves!
An entire class dedicated to the upper body muscles that generate a push, such as the chest, triceps, and shoulders. We slow the pace down and isolate each muscle group so that when they work together, they generate a greater force. May the force be with you.

Machine Guns

Kiss my Abs

An entire class dedicated to the muscles that outline your profile and define our presence. In human movement, you reach to pull an object towards you, using upper body muscles such as the mid/upper-back and biceps; pull things up to your standard using strong glutes and lower back.
A class that everyone needs to get those all-important strong core muscles. A strong core is a good (and necessary) foundation for all other workouts that you will ever do. And who doesn’t want a nice looking abs! Nuff said!
Original classes combine 25 minutes of cardiovascular work on the treadmill with 25 minutes of strength training on the floor.

United We Sweat

Shock and Shred

This class focuses on total-body strength and conditioning in a circuit fashion. Stations dedicated to upper body, lower body, cardio and core are designed to stimulate every muscle in your body. Start your day with a little sweat!
A full body cardiovascular workout with an emphasis on flushing the lower extremities. This class is designed to increase your pulse, or heart rate, utilizing a combination of high-intensity interval training with lower intensity endurance. Emphasizing full body athletic conditioning, you’ll test your speed, agility, strength, and power through a combination of drills that spike your heart rate and competitive edge.
