We provide performance-oriented shakes and smoothies that are high in protein, made of raw natural ingredients and we only use 100% real fruits (no concentrates!!). Need an extra kick? We offer a selection of add-ons from extra whey protein (we only use the Gold Standard of protein, literally), creatine and glutamine! Oh! You can also swap your liquid base with fresh coconut water, almond milk or soy milk according to your preference. Each of the ingredients in our smoothies and shakes are carefully curated to nourish your body with necessary nutrients, help you recover faster between classes, build lean muscle mass, boost your metabolism and reduce muscle soreness. Solid Fuel is our healthy eating solution that is specially crafted to help your body builds muscle, burns fat, maximizes your athletic performance and achieve optimum health (and whatever else goals you have in mind). Our goal is to make it convenient for you to get delicious and nutrient-rich meals everyday! Our Menu changes weekly to give you a variety to select from. Hustle House only use the highest quality of ingredients and we avoid any refined/artificial ingredients, trans-fats and highly processed oils such as canola oil. We also provide the macros in each of our meals for your convenience. You'll be able to assess the amount of protein, carbohydrates and fat intake with each meal. We weigh all our meals to the grams to ensure you get the balanced amount of macros in each of your meals!
